Personal Coaching includes:
- Pre-training meeting to understand training history, goals, etc.
- Detailed daily training schedule
- One-on-one video call 2x per month
- Full team video call 1x per month
Marathon Project Race Weekend includes:
- Complimentary shuttles to and from the airport
- Three nights lodging at the Sheraton Grand hotel
- Exclusive pre-race shakeout run and course preview

How individualized will my training be?
Completely. Ben Rosario, who has coached national champions, sub 2:10 marathoners, and Olympians will be your individual coach for 16 weeks. Ben will meet with you, learn about your training and racing history, and listen to your goals before writing your schedule. He will give you a general outline before the training begins and then provide you with your daily schedule 1-2 weeks at a time via Final Surge.
What about airfare?
Airfare is the only thing not included in the cost of the TMP Experience. We encourage you to fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. We will pick you up! We will also provide rides back to the airport on Saturday or Sunday for your departure.
Do I need to rent a car?
No, not necessarily. We’re happy to pick you up. But if you want to visit other areas of Phoenix during your stay then a car might be a good idea.
